JAX Tyres awards all-inclusive Training Outsource Contract to Vantage Automotive

JAX Tyres has awarded Vantage Automotive PTY Ltd an initial two-year contract to provide training for the JAX Tyres store network across Australia. The contract includes an option for two additional years.

Vantage Automotive is pleased to announce it will supply Training Delivery, Administration and Management, in Technical, Non-Technical and Customer Service to the JAX Tyres Group. The states currently covered by the agreement are New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.

Stating the JAX corporate objectives, Jeff Board, CEO, reinforced that “JAX’ goal is to be, and be recognised as, the most professionally managed tyre and mechanical servicing house in Australia” adding that, “to achieve this, we need to maintain an environment conducive to constant learning, which will allow JAX to maintain standards and exceed customer expectations and, as such, I am delighted to venture with Vantage Automotive.”

Vantage Automotive will employ its industry-leading competency-based training model, which uses both face-to-face and e-learning delivery platforms. These delivery platforms will be integrated with the internal JAX Academy. The partnership with Vantage Automotive means JAX can provide its store network with consistent, relevant and industry-focused training.

In partnership with JAX Tyres, Vantage Automotive has taken a hybrid approach to delivery with JAX Accredited Training being delivered locally in-store, as well as National Recognised Qualifications being delivered at a soon-to-be-launched Training Centre at one its flagship stores, JAX Tyres Bankstown, NSW. JAX Tyres are investing heavily in the Bankstown facility in order to create a state-of-the-art training environment.
